Information you choose to share
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject, and message. Your message is stored in this website’s WordPress database and is available to the site administrator. It isn’t published as a comment or displayed to other readers.
We use those details to review your request and respond where appropriate. Please leave out passwords, payment information, medical records, and anything else we don’t need to understand your message.
Information involved in running the website
When you visit, the website and its hosting services process technical information needed to deliver pages and handle requests. This can include your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and the time of a request. Server logs may retain this information for troubleshooting and security.
The contact form uses a temporary, hashed identifier to limit repeated submissions. This identifier expires after a short period. The form does not add your IP address to the message stored for the administrator.
Cookies and outside services
WordPress uses cookies for features such as administrator sign-in. Your browser lets you review and remove cookies or restrict how they are used, although blocking them can affect some features.
The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts. Loading those files sends a request to Google’s servers, which receive technical information such as your IP address. If an article includes content from another service, such as an embedded video, that service may also receive information when its content loads.
Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. Their practices may differ from ours.
Access and retention
Contact messages are kept in the website’s private administrative area until the administrator removes them. Hosting providers and people responsible for maintaining the website may also have access to stored information as part of operating the site. Backups can retain earlier copies after information is removed from the live website.
